Notes On Glass Wine Bottle Packaging
Dec 21, 2024
In order to reduce the breakage rate of glass wine bottles during transportation, the following packaging measures can be taken:
1. Internal filler: Use materials such as foam, bubble film or paper scraps to fill the gap between the wine bottle and the packaging box. This can absorb the vibration and impact during transportation and protect the wine bottle from damage.
2. Independent packaging: Each wine bottle should be individually packaged with a foam pallet or a special wine bottle bag to avoid direct contact and collision between the wine bottles.
3. Appropriate box size: Choose a packaging box of appropriate size, which should not be too large to cause the wine bottle to shake, nor too small to oppress the wine bottle. The internal space of the box should be as small and tight as possible.
4. External reinforcement: Add a layer of hard cardboard or wooden box to the packaged wine bottle, and use materials such as tape to reinforce the box to ensure that the structure remains intact even if it is impacted by external forces.
5. Identification warning label: Put warning signs such as "fragile items" and "upward" on the outer packaging to remind the handling personnel to be careful.
6. Temperature control: If possible, try to avoid exposing glass bottles of wine to extreme temperature conditions, as temperature changes may also cause the bottle to break.

The packaging should be easy to open and protect the integrity of the product. It should be noted that the location of the safety seal and various adhesive labels on the packaging should not affect the overall aesthetics of the packaging.
When choosing packaging, environmental factors should be considered. Choosing packaging materials that meet environmental standards, such as recyclable or reusable materials, is not only conducive to protecting the environment, but also effectively reduces production costs and improves economic benefits.
